TDT: 'Anti-Semitism' Bill Threatens First Amendment
Also: IRS flexing its new muscles, potential change in cannabis classification, plus more!
Under the First Amendment, every government entity - and philosophy - is subject to criticism, every action is subject to peaceful protest, every individual is subject to verbal-challenge (so being liable and slander laws are respected). It does not matter how many points the star on your flag has; every single one of these are Natural rights, bestowed by Providence, and We the People will retain and defend them.
Welcome to this edition of the Three-Dot Tablet [TDT], a weekly news-digest where I seek out the headlines others may not be covering (or not covering well), and - with healthy doses of passion, common sense, and brevity - discuss them with raw, unfiltered commentary.
Let's get to it…

House passes GOP antisemitism bill amid college unrest
ABC News
In case you still live under the illusion that Republicans in the US government have any interest in legitimately protecting the First Amendment…
The House passed the Antisemitism Awareness Act on Wednesday amid unrest on college campuses. The bill, which was introduced by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, passed 320-91.
Using what can only be described as a creative interpretation of ‘anti-Semitism,’ the bill’s murky language has the potential (for the moment, only on college campuses) to criminalize speech which many consider to be Constitutionally-protected.
These would include expressing ‘hatred’ toward Jews based on “certain perceptions,” questioning Zionism or referring to Israel as a ‘racist state,’ and comparing actions by that state to those taken by National Socialist Germany.
As mentioned the bill is targeting colleges right now… but you do not honestly think it will end there, do you? Remember, the Globalist fight is generational for them - they move incrementally, step-by-step toward the larger goal, and the act of chipping away at free-speech protections is one of those chisels.
That goal? Absolute control… and the Globalist version of Republicans are just as in on it as the ‘other side.’
Ninety-one representatives (70 Democrats and 19 Republicans) voted against the bill, stating that it attacks the fundamental right to speak and to protest… and, they are right. Of course, any time you have names like Gaetz, Boebert, and Luna voting ‘No’ with those named Omar, Nadler, and Waters?
MTG and AOC… literally on the same page, while voting with those above? Yeah… you KNOW something isn’t right with THAT bill.
Just to be clear, there are no excuses for threatening any students with violence, either because of their religion, their ethnic background… or really, any reason. However, we already have laws in place to address those issues - expansive, exhaustive laws, which protect both individuals AND collectives from criminal aggressions. We only need to apply and enforce those existing laws to address these concerns - there is absolutely no reason for the bill which the House passed, not any need for special laws to placate one specific group.
The issue here is simple: Under the First Amendment, every government entity - and philosophy - is subject to criticism, every action is subject to peaceful protest, every individual is subject to verbal-challenge (so being liable and slander laws are respected). It does not matter how many points the star on your flag has; every single one of these are Natural rights, bestowed by Providence, and We the People will retain and defend them.
Any law which infringes upon those rights is not only unconstitutional… it is anti-Liberty, and must be challenged vigorously by any who claim to love Her. And any politician who supports such laws? They reveal themselves to be anti-Liberty as well.
Even if they have an [R] after their name…

'Psywar’: U.S. Army Releases Disturbing Psychological Operations Recruitment Video
Breitbart
This is utterly chilling. And - a reminder - they are not even pretending to hide it anymore…
An unsettling video from the U.S. Army’s Psychological Operations (PSYOP) division portrays faceless heads and displays and entones [SIC?] cryptic messages in order to recruit more soldiers for intellectual warfare.
Of course, they assure us they would never ever use such tactics against American citizens - just those oh-so-scary ‘bad guys’… over there. Well, forgive me if I have my doubts, but considering how the PATRIOT Act was used and abused?
There is a ‘creditability’ issue here.
As for my ‘chilling’ observation? Don’t take my word for it…
Also, a message to those around the world who hate what our government has become: Many of us do too, and we are doing our best to address it…
IRS plans to more than double its audit rate of wealthy taxpayers
Fox Business
Flush with new funding and 87,000 new militants agents, another three-letter agency is going for broke.
In a manner of speaking…
The IRS is planning to ramp up audit rates of wealthy Americans and large corporations as part of its sweeping effort to crack down on tax cheats.
They assure us that they will only be targeting the uber-wealthy, however; in fact they are adamant that there will be no expansion of audits for individuals and small-businesses who make less than $400,000 a year.
Well, isn’t that comforting.
If this happens to be true, however, maybe it is because their focus for years has already been on lower-income targets, despite their claims to the contrary. After all, someone altering their diet by claiming they will be eating more beef… but promising to consume no more poultry than they already do? That doesn’t save any chickens - it just means more cows will die as well… and the person eating just gets fatter.
Which, in a nutshell, explains our Federal government.
That noted, an assurance from DC these days carries about as much weight as a sunbeam, so I cannot imagine why anyone would trust their promises here, or - for that matter - anywhere…
Instagram courts TikTok users with algorithm revamp
BBC World
So how much money has Meta been spreading around DC? Certainly puts a new spin on the recent ‘TikTok ban’…
Instagram is overhauling its recommendations algorithms in what analysts say is an attempt to capitalise on TikTok's woes. Changes to its system for suggesting content, particularly on Reels - its short-form video service - will prioritise original content and "give all creators an equal chance of breaking through".
I am no fan of TikTok, and (in a ‘Bonus Slice’ for paid Members) have recently articulated why I think it is a dangerous Chinese psyop…
From promoting anti-Western propaganda to conditioning our children into unnatural lifestyles, from attacking attention-span and memory to its use as a child-trafficking apparatus, [TikTok] is a vile program which has been allowed to exist here for far too long.
Furthermore, its American handlers are tied to the same globalist concerns which run companies like Google, Meta, and X (yes, even X - Linda Yaccarino, anyone?). As such, we are getting a double-whammy of badness with TikTok.
Despite that, this move by Instagram has a foul stench about it. When a major competitor (one with which you have failed to actually ‘compete’) is being shanked by a government to which you bestow buckets of coin, it definitely looks… dubious, at best.
And that highlights an ugly truth: Instagram has been lagging behind its video rival, poorly mimicking its best features and dropping the ball on overall quality. Furthermore, average users do not like or trust IG anymore than TT, so I cannot imagine an updated algorithm is going to help… even if the latter is eliminated.
And that is not a given; indeed, TikTok is fighting back. They recently settled their spat with Universal Music Group, and with that music returning to the platform the one real advantage Instagram had is now gone. They are continuing to fight the potential ban in the courts as well, so this whole thing may not be done yet.
My advice? Avoid both of them, and focus on Substack and its Notes feature. It is fun and engaging, has video capabilities now, and the free speech here is actually ‘free’ - and it is protected…

Cannabis Industry Fired Up About Possible DEA Reclassification
HuffPost
Looks like the Feds - at least when it comes to cannabis - are about to finally surrender. Much to the chagrin of Big Pharma, Big Manufacturing, and Big Alcohol, I am sure…
Tuesday’s announcement by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration that it is moving toward removing marijuana from its list of Schedule I drugs definitely got people in the pot business fired up.
From what I have been able to gather, this will essentially decriminalize all cannabis products on a national level. That includes industrial hemp, medical marijuana, and yes… good, old-fashioned smokin’-style weed. It is a major win for those who value individual Liberty and medical choice… but, there are some caveats.
- Moving the herb to ‘Schedule III’ status will open it up for broader accessibility, which will be good for consumers (also driving down prices), but could put a huge strain on specialized ‘pot shops.’ In fact, these businesses may well go OUT-of-business, if the ‘exclusivity factor’ disappears.
- Of course, much of that will be up to the States, which brings us to an important point: This is partial ‘decriminalization,’ NOT full ‘legalization.’
Each State will have a modicum of power to decide how to move forward - where to allow it to be sold, what conditions to put on such sales, or even if to legalize it at all. Many factors are involved, which (no matter how you feel about it) once again enhances the importance of thinking local, and paying attention to local elections.
- This does not eliminate Federal involvement, of course. You can count on a variety of ‘safety standards’ to be implemented… by the same people who over the years have openly promoted a variety of items which turned out to be toxic. Federal taxes will certainly be in the mix as well, so yeah… there are drawbacks.
- Which brings up this vital issue; it will remain subject to Federal criminal codes, which means it will still technically be illegal on that level; not sure yet how that will play out, but as with everything DC does it muddies the waters somewhat.
With all that noted? Any time Federal reach is minimized it is a huge step in the right direction, so - as I oft point out - when you can take the ‘W’… do so with relish. This will most definitely be one of those wins, and we should feel good about it.
Now, once the announcement is made? The battle will go local - exactly where it should be fought…
Research: Rising temperatures threatening bumblebee populations
UPI
In last week’s TDT I mentioned that they are vaccinating - yes, vaccinating - the bees. Well, when things go wrong with that - and they will go wrong - those in power are already providing cover for themselves.
You’ll never guess what they are pre-loading as the explanation for the potential bee-pocalypse…
New research from the University of Guelph said on Friday that temperatures are becoming too hot for bumblebees, threatening their role as plant pollinators and the food supply for humans and other animals.
It’s climate change. Because it is always ‘climate change.’
Reminder. Bees are the most important insect for all life on this planet. Second reminder: The people who are messing with said-bees do not know what the hell they are doing.
Or? They DO know, and their intentions are nefarious. Never forget, just because the Georgia Guidestones were curiously destroyed? It does not mean the near-religious tenants which were carved into them were destroyed as well.
500 million, folks…
And that is all for this edition of the Three-Dot Tablet. Have a great week ahead, and as always… stay frosty!

Congress starts out targeting college students with anti first amendment bill to silence and censor speech concerning a war they are funding…against will of American people, they are programming the young to be quiet now, it will get worse for them in future, just like govt programming young to accept many genders, they are forming the future of the young into an accepted demonic, slave, controlled (mind, soul, body) population. For us older, who grew up more free ( we were never free) well our minds cannot be manipulated as much at this point, “they” just want us elderly gone! So many young people who believe the lies of programming are butting heads with us older generation, by starting young they will have their permanent fearful slaves and so on and so on if not stopped now, so sad so many in govt are corrupting all of our children and even their own😢
Just to be clear, there are no excuses for threatening any students with violence, either because of their religion, their ethnic background… or really, any reason.
Oddly, they didn't have that problem when BLM and Antifa were attacking white people on college campuses or when they chased two evolutionary biologists away from Evergreen College.
What's next? Will that legislation be used to protect illegal immigrants or Muslims but not used to protect Catholics and Christians?
