There is not a feeling in the world in that matches riding in a convertible with the top down. Feeling the beautiful wind on your face! My kid brother has a convertible Mustang and when I visit him in the Bay Area we love to ride around in it together. Reminiscing of our childhood.
Convertibles are Nature's beacons ;-) I had an ex back in Colorado who owned one, and we used to take summer drives up to Estes Park with the top down - one of the few 'good' memories I have from that relationship LOL

Thank you for sharing your delightful story Stone! That had to be an incredible experience in Colorado. Colorado is amazing anyway - and then to drive around in a convertible - well that had to have been spectacular. I get the same feeling when I ski although I haven’t skied in many years. Just the feeling of floating on a cloud in space and breathing in the nature. 🤗

Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite places in the world. Mark Twain said it had special air of the Angels breathe. I believe it. The same with Colorado.
