Random Pebbles V. 001
Just a few things running through my mind…
-- ANOTHER TRAIN wreck happened over the past week, this one occurring in Stillwater County, Montana. While no injuries were reported they are still attempting to ascertain how much bio-hazard material dumped into the Yellowstone River.
I have mentioned this before, but am I the only one who feels like the novel Atlas Shrugged is looking more prophetic with each passing day? Published in 1957, one of the plot-points was the collapse of the infrastructure, with railway accidents specifically becoming more frequent.
There are certainly other tidbits of note, but that one hits a little too close to home right now…
-- WAS ANYONE really surprised by the Hunter Biden fiasco? Yeah - me neither…
-- SPEAKING OF, Tucker Carlson dropped another poignant Tucker On Twitter episode last week, where he noted, “As in most of the developing world, it's safer to be the president's son than his opponent.” The man is on fire, truly in his element, and the Twitter environment is perfect for these kind of presentations.
A couple of days later he posted another video, however, and this one was praising Robert F. Kennedy Jr. [RFKJ]; that didn’t sit as well with many on the Right…. especially those in MAGA Country. While I understand their resistance to the RFKJ rise, I appreciate his willingness to push the independent envelope; furthermore - to be completely frank - I agreed with many of his assessments.
I admit I like RFKJ, and hope he wins the Democrat nod - if he does, at least Biden and his globalist ilk will be out of the way. I don’t think there is a shot in hell that it will happen, but still…
-- AS I MENTIONED in a ‘Note’ from yesterday, Jesse Waters will be taking over Tucker Carlson’s former timeslot on Fox News; the initial announcement that (alleged) professional grifter Sean Hannity was going to be ‘the guy’ was apparently erroneous.
None of this really matters. While I have nothing against Jesse personally, the paradigm is shifting away from traditional news-formats and into info-bursts like Tucker is doing on Twitter now. Millions of conservatives and libertarians have ditched Fox News because of the Tucker situation, and are discovering they really do not need corporate media at all.
I don’t see this wave dissipating any time soon…
-- WE ARE only one week away from Independence Day, and to celebrate I may repost my ID4 TikTok from last year. While I am not an absolutist Trump supporter, it’s always fun to tweak Leftists from time to time.
That video would do the trick…
