Salute, my fellow dank-warriors and shield-maidens of the Interwebs! The current cycle-o'-months is about to end, and a new one is ‘aboot’ to rise again. (Showing a little love to my Canadian frens right there.)

Truth be told (thanks to the unnatural calendars we use), the changing of years is not really all that significant; sure, the numerology of it can allegedly shift the energy (if one believes in that sort of thing), but aside from that? Any alterations are largely psychological.

Which is actually huge, because after the non-stop ‘psychological’ war we’ve been waging over the last year (decade?)… any advantage is a plus in my book.

As such, allow me to offer one last trip into the memetic realms for 2024. In this batch, I have dropped a few classic memes from back-in-the-day, a recent meme or two (I try very hard not to duplicate those posted here on Substack, because odds are you have seen them already), and even a couple of my own legendary (in my own mind) offerings.

These may make you think, they may make you laugh… may even make you think about laughing. All in good fun, except when they are not, then I 100% mean them literally… well, not literally literally, but Internet ‘literally’… which is pretty much literally meaning-less. No matter how you view them, a little levity as we kick 2024 in the danglers is well earned, in my not-so-terribly-humble opinion.
