Purveyor of depravity remembered
Jerry Springer, former host of the train-wreck television program which bore his name, died last week after a battle with pancreatic cancer; he was 79.
The tributes which were posted on Twitter in the 24 hours after his passing were nothing short of astonishing; the flood of nostalgia-driven fawning was both fascinating and disturbing, especially since many of the accolades came from people whom tout themselves as ‘awake.’
I remained silent, as I was taught at a young age that if you have nothing nice to say about someone you should keep quiet; add this to the adage that one should ‘speak not ill of the dead,’ and civility demanded I hold my tongue. Thus… I remained silent.
Silence is no longer an option, however - truth also demands a voice, and that demand has won out in my mind.
The fact is that, of all the weapons that television ‘programmers’ (i.e. propagandists) have utilized to shred the fabric of decency in America, no blade was more effective - nor more pervasive - than ‘The Jerry Springer Show.’
Springer normalized and encouraged incivility, depravity, and violence. The topics covered were by turns grotesque and salacious and pornographic, and his target audience - largely bored young-adults and teens with lower-to-middle class upbringing - were programmed subconsciously to embrace such behaviors as natural.
Of course this is exactly what our Globalist Elites desire - to brainwash us into depravity and to separate us from nature - and what better way to facilitate that than to corrupt our very perception of what is considered depraved… what is natural?
Much of what ethically-minded individuals consider repugnant in the modern world has its roots in Springer’s vile circus, and he profited mightily from it. We should all open our eyes to the facts as they really are, and respond accordingly.
No matter how one justifies his intentions, Jerry Springer was a destroyer of that which is good and decent and natural; he enthusiastically participated in said-destruction, and I firmly believe he did so knowingly.
That is his real legacy, and it is exactly how we should remember him… if we bother to do so at all.
