Tucker Carlson hosted a two-and-a-half-hour long sit-down with provocateur (and accused rapist / human trafficker) Andrew Tate on Twitter recently, and the discussion fired up some pretty strong opinions about the subject of the interview, from many different quarters.
Being that said-interview is longer than a Zac Snyder cut of one his already-tedious films, I have not had time to watch it in its entirety, because… well, I have things to do. I have caught clips however, so I am not completely out of the loop.
With that noted, I admit to a certain degree of ignorance when it comes to Tate, inasmuch I had never travelled down that particular rabbit-hole. The reason? Honestly, I didn't care. And - again, complete candor- I still don’t.
I mean, we're not talking about an Assange-like individual here - he’s more like a Joey Tribbiani, if the beloved Friends character was an unmitigated asshole. That's not a value-judgement, by the way - I think Tate would probably embrace the word as his own.
Furthermore, Tate’s primary interest seems to be practicing the art of being interesting; basically, a more-direct Kardashian with less hair and slightly-more bravado. People who strive to be interesting are seldom so to me, in that they are normally vapidly one-dimensional. They are complex for the sake of complexity, which is in of itself the behavior of a shallow individual.

Nevertheless, I felt compelled by recent events to at least scratch the surface. Thanks to a couple of video suggestions from a friend, plus other smatterings of information gleaned hither and to, I did indeed venture into the world of Tate. Not too deeply, of course, because… again, things to do.
So what can we know about the man himself, from his own videos? The one thing that came through immediately - and without any question - is that that he a proud misogynist, a man who has openly discussed his techniques for preying upon vulnerable women, one who relishes - even brags about - his role as a 'pimp.' Not exactly one of the ‘good guys,’ at least not in my (admittedly vanilla) world view.
Being this kind of person is not necessarily criminal, however; as such, whether his actions actually constitute either rape or human trafficking will have to be determined based on the facts as they come out.
I know the general background (Globalists) of his prosecutors, so caution in mentally convicting him pre-trial is warranted. Those aforementioned facts will have to be strained through an intellectual colander, with discernment and suspicion, before a judgement on the charges can be rendered.
However, there are the legal judgements... and the judgements we make as individuals, based on character. After all, just because an admitted pickpocket artist is found ‘not guilty’ of an armed bank robbery doesn't mean you ask them to house-sit while you are on vacation.
So I decided to make this simple, by boiling it down to its base elements. I asked myself how I would respond if my daughter... my sister... even a good friend, was the subject of his predatory behaviors. Would I strive to defend him on the Internet, as so many are currently doing... or would I want to jam a barrel under his chin?
Once I answered that question, my opinions about Andrew Tate were very easy to crystalize. Let the legal case play out, sure, with due process ever honored, but beyond that I have nothing but contempt for any individual who targets anyone vulnerable.
That is the clarion of a narcissistic coward, in my opinion, and not worthy of further consideration.

I've given him even less attention and can still see that he's a vile narcissist at the bare minimum.
