TDT: Is This Our Future?
Putin and Xi get cozy(er), a pan-vaccine for COVID, is 'warp' speed actually possible, plus more!
We should be ever wary of the relationship Putin and Xi are forging, while never giving into despair about our own situation. I know things are rough here right now - and that there is still much work to do to reclaim our Republic - but as long as we have the framework in place, tattered as it is?
Welcome to this edition of the Three-Dot Tablet [TDT], the weekly news-digest of The Stone Age.
Here I seek out the headlines others may not be covering (or not covering well), and - with healthy doses of passion and brevity, common sense and occasional humor - discuss them with raw, unfiltered commentary.
Let's get to it…

Putin and Xi further their embrace to defy U.S.-led pressure
NPR
Not to paraphrase the lyrics of a popular tune, but somehow, “I want your love, and I want your revenge, you and me could write a bad bromance,” seems apropos…
Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin doubled down on their alliance against the West this week - accusing the United States and its allies of trying to block their nations' rise during a two-day official visit to China by the Kremlin leader that ended Friday.
And the candles which illuminate their bromantic repasts? They burn with the fires of hatred… for us.
Charming, isn’t it?
The ‘embrace’ mentioned above was not just metaphorical, either; they literally hugged, folks… twice. Since these are men not normally given to public displays of affection, that is pretty significant.
Bizarre physical demonstrations notwithstanding, when history is written this may well be defined as THE turning point of 2024; even our hotly-contested election will undoubtedly fade into the background compared to this.
First, let us dispense with the notion that somehow either of these men are on our side (‘our,’ meaning anti-Globalist lovers of Liberty), because they are not. Sure, when compared to the borderline-flaccidity which infects many leaders helming Western countries, it is easy to admire both men’s perceived strength and boldness.
I get that - I have admired it as well.
But just because they project these, and just because they publicly stand against ‘western’ Globalism… does not mean they actually do. In fact, not only do they appear to advocate for an eastern Globalism, but (as from A Lily Bit has brilliantly discussed on her own Substack) they are actually working within the Western paradigm.
As such, this VladiXi lovefest - which has been going on for a few years - might be the biggest threat to Liberty and Natural living we have yet faced. Many love to complain about how things are in the US at the moment: “The ‘Bill of Rights’ is pointless”… “We live in an illusion of freedom”… “Our ‘justice system’ is hopelessly corrupt”… et cetera.
While there are many degrees of truth to each of these, at least we have the ‘legal’ foundation - precarious as it may be - to defend our Natural rights; theoretically, there is still hope… which is a powerful thing. Meanwhile, there IS no ‘hope’ for true Liberty under either Putin or Xi (legal or otherwise), so if you think it is horrible here now?
You might want to consider the alternative.
Apparently, one of their fellow BRICS members is doing just that…
India’s top diplomat, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, told reporters on Friday that China’s repeated incursions across the border into India make trade with the Communist Party regime difficult, asking, “Would you do business with somebody who had just barged into your drawing room and is trying to make a mess of your house?”
India, which has been part of the economic / quasi-political alliance since its founding (they are the ‘I’ in BRICS), is pushing back on many of China’s aggressive actions toward them. Those include repeated border incursions, accusations of unfair trade practices, plus many others.
So while India has not completely abandoned its relationship with their BRICS ally? They are considering the alternatives.
Oh, and just in case you forgot: Russia and China have nuclear weapons - a LOT of nuclear weapons. So yes, these two superpowers, acting in concert, pose a grave threat to our future.
As such, we should be ever wary of the relationship these two men are forging, while never giving into despair about our own situation. I know things are rough here right now - and that there is still much work to do to reclaim our Republic - but as long as we have the framework in place, tattered as it is?
Yes, we do have hope; never surrender that…

Visa changes coming this year will mean fewer cards for Americans
Fox Business
Step-by-laborious-step, they incrementally nudge us toward a Globalist, cashless society…
During Visa's annual Payments Forum in San Francisco on Wednesday, the company unveiled its new Visa Flexible Credential, which will allow customers to use a single card to access payment options from multiple credit and bank accounts, and even "Buy Now Pay Later" plans when making a purchase.
I remember when ApplePay first launched, and how friends and acquaintances ridiculed me for recoiling from the notion of using such a feature. While I was not nearly as savvy as I am now about the dangers of a Central Bank Digital Currency [CBDC], I knew enough to know I did not need - nor even want - that much consolidation in my life.
Indeed, the more consolidated your life is, the easier it is to slap a collar on it. On you.
So I find this story utterly repellent, but it is also sickeningly familiar for these Central Bankers; while promising one thing, in truth they will deliver another. After all, this will make it much easier to implement a CBDC format, because - via the soft-programming - we are being conditioned to accept centralization as perfectly normal. Natural, even.
It. Is Not.
It is always through these little actions, the seemingly-innocent measures which appear to be designed to make our lives a little more ‘convenient,’ that they gently guide us toward a sinister end. They have already learned that when they tell us up-front what their plans really are, we almost always say, ‘Oh, hell no!” and push back.
However, with these imperceptible moves? We barely notice how nefarious the actions are… until it is too late.
Besides all of this? Aren’t our lives already ‘convenient’ enough? In fact, one could argue they have become too convenient, which has played a substantial role in us slowly being disconnected from our Natural selves.
Convenient foods, which actually serve to poison us? Convenient entertainment, lazily engaged through the nearly-endless stream of it straight into our brains? Convenient money, easily bestowed by ones-and-zeros and soul-draining usury debt?
Hm. “Played a substantial role in us slowly being disconnected from our Natural selves?” Yep, I would agree 100% with that argument…

New vaccine effective against coronaviruses that haven’t even emerged yet
University of Cambridge
I had to recheck - and double-check the recheck - to make sure this wasn’t a parody site.
Nope, they are serious…
Researchers have developed a new vaccine technology that has been shown in mice to provide protection against a broad range of coronaviruses with potential for future disease outbreaks - including ones we don’t even know about.
So who had “They will create a ‘vaccine’ with both the clairvoyant powers to foresee ‘viruses’ and the healing abilities to prevent them,” on their 2024 bingo card?
You neither, eh?
In the opinion of many - MANY - of us, they haven’t even developed a viable ‘vaccine’ to fight the original ‘strain’ of COVID, much less the existing ‘variants.’ In fact, more than a few of us see the bug AND the juice as bioweapons they cooked up to attack us.
For the sake of argument, however, let us pretend the ‘pandemic’ was real, and that they actually do care about us; you may be wondering how exactly this new ‘wonder-vaxx’ works? By “training the immune system” to recognize and attack potential ‘viruses,’ they claim it will work its magic and stave off future ‘pandemics’ before they even start.
Training? Nah, I don't need the vessel (and the immune system) Nature gave me being ‘trained’ (essentially, ‘reprogrammed’) by scientists, no matter what lab they claim as their home. See, we have a word for this kind of broad-scale reprogramming of the human body…
Eugenics.
I have to tell you, the more ‘discoveries’ like this they peddle and propagandize? The stronger my resolve becomes to never allow one of their pharma-filled needles to get anywhere near me.
Ever…

Dow closes above 40K for first time
UPI
Irrational exuberance? Seems like it to me…
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed Friday above the record 40,000 mark for the first time in its 139-year history. The 30-stock average gained 134.21 points, or 0.3%, to close at 40,003.59.
I cannot explain why, but for some reason I have a bad feeling about this.
Call it irrational pessimism if you’d like, but at 40,000 points I cannot help but think that the market is grossly overvalued. With the regional-banking situation being what it is, combined with the commercial real-estate market hinting at a bubble? I cannot help but think that - at best - a major correction is coming, and coming soon.
And at worst? 1929 will seem like a quaint historical sidebar.
Again, that is my gut talking; I have no solid data to back me up - only my instincts - so feel free to grain-of-salt my opinion. I just remember the collapses associated with late-90s ‘Dot-Com’ fiasco and the 2008 catastrophe, and with our debt being completely out-of-control it seems like we are flirting with disaster.
Oh, speaking of that debt? As of Friday’s market close, it was at… $34,552,930,923,742.92
But I’m sure the two are completely unconnected…

Wild Discovery Suggests a Warp Drive Is Possible Within Known Physics
Science Alert
Wait… did I read that right?
Why yes, yes I did…
[A]n international group of scientists… now they think they have a new solution, what they call the constant velocity warp drive. "This study changes the conversation about warp drives," says physicist Jared Fuchs of Applied Physics… "By demonstrating a first-of-its-kind model, we've shown that warp drives might not be relegated to science fiction."
According to the research, the key may be using gravity to ‘warp’ space-time, allowing for faster-than-light travels.
This… is absolutely mind-blowing.
While fun to speculate upon in sci-fi productions (preferably Deep Space Nine, because in my opinion it remains the coolest Star Trek), the notion that we may ever - much less in 2024 - achieve even a basic understanding of how warp-drive might work? It has never even crossed my mind.
There's another bingo-card miss on my part.
And why would it, “cross my mind?” I mean really - who knew there are modern branches of science that still… well, science! That is also encouraging, in of itself.
To be fair, the research here is obviously very preliminary, with miles and miles to go, but even a hint that a practical possibility exists? That we may one day genuinely be able to travel the stars?
Maybe that future isn’t so bad, after all. Just keep us away from the utopian / dystopian plotlines that oft come with such travels, and I am all in…
And that is all for this edition of the Three-Dot Tablet. Have a great week ahead, and as always… stay frosty!

If you take a closer look at this ‘XiVla’ bromance and the pictures, I can help feeling that Xi is the top guy here. Look at body posture and that hug (brr). This never bodes well. But as with all empires in the past, once they became over-powerful the rot set in and while decline was slow, it was inevitable.
You couldn’t be more right about global banking. Nothing, absolutely nothing is meant to make things better for us. ‘Lulled into a false sense of security’ is more like it. Orwell appears to have been like Jules Verne, both describing what was impossible in their time, but now only too real. Unfortunately, Europe, loyal to WEF, seems to be on ther verge of introducing this.
‘Warp speed travel’ another sci-fi invention coming true? Loads of money spent on this development while too many are living in poverty. Just thinking of homeless veterans for example.
As always, your clear view of news is my go-to since I know you do not mix fact with fable as MSM does. It’s good to have a reliable news recap.
Thanks, Stone!
Re: warp drives, no. Again, no. Read the fine print: this theoretical model only works for subluminal speeds (read: slower than the speed of light) and requires an "intensely powerful gravity field," which without "exotic" (read: nonexistent) matter can only be made with lots and lots of mass packed into a very small space: in other words a black hole.
Black hole drives are not a new concept and they wouldn't let us exceed light speed. Just lets us get closer to it than the best plausible option right now, matter-antimatter annihilation, which has a theoretical limit of around 10-30% light speed depending on assumptions about advances in material science.
Unless a complete crack-up of known physics happens, we will not be exceeding or even approaching the speed limit.
The good news is we don't have to. Hopping from star to star on generational cruises is not a big deal if you have lots of time and patience. We can and will get there if we manage to not kill ourselves off with retarded pseudo-vaccines or some other The Science(tm) lunacy first.
