Stumbled on this randomly from notes. Beautiful poem, and I love the meter, flow, imagery. Smooth as glass. Thank you!

It starts simply, then weaves together intricately yet beautifully, and ever so softly... it reminded me of some of the poetry of Emmerson and Howard, I really liked this. It was beautiful, you have an amazing talent Mr. Bryson.

This was great. I felt myself flowing down the river of life, letting the waters wash all my cares away. It's "flow" (slight pun intended) kind of reminded me of Poe. Really good.

"let the strength I've recovered

rise up, and reclaim my life."

Very heartening, encouraging. As though the strength in 'me' has its own life alongside me, rising up to take hold of my life, so we can rejoin the living. Love it!

Well Stone. Well done. Confining the scope of the poem to a specific reveals a universal truth. I'm so happy you are a current, living breathing writer. Yay for uplifting words and beauty.
