Violated seems a fitting description. With the value of something like your thoughts written and not intended for others to read just yet being hard to assess, one's privacy should be considered priceless.

I could agree more, brother. And it was a bizarre feeling to sit there and watch it happen, in real time. Definitely felt like a 'violation' 😐

Your thoughts being hijacked by an anonymous entity is definitely shattering. If the cloud is your only source of storage I would suggest password protecting each document/file. I might also suggest old school external hard drives for storage. Just a thought

Can't believe I am just now seeing this, Scott; my apologies.

I have actually switched over the using a thumb-drive for primary storage, and am in the process of getting my files switched over to a different format. Why I thought using a Microsoft product was a good idea, is a mystery for the ages LOL

I need to check the current ULA MSFT is working from. My guess is that this is actually 'content scanning' and is used to profile you for a variety of purposes. Eventually this will work in concert with the govt-media's censorship complex. Of course, this is speculative.

Not really, no. My full-strength crazy is pretty much open for everyone to see online, and the Word files I save are mostly written materials and ideas for articles / books. There's not really anything else of interest, so why it happened? A mystery to me.

It COULD have been nothing - a glitch in the system, as it were - but still? Watching it unfold was... unsettling LOL
