I know that a dirty little (open) secret the pill pushers don't want anyone to know is that diet is highly related to depression and other mental issues, but vinegar is a new one. I guess I'm going to start freebasing balsamic every night before bed.
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for making me laugh with your last sentence! Laughter, too, is good medicine! I used to determine the overhead rate for federally sponsored research and even my former client, Harvard Medical School, has linked diet and gut health to mental health. We could always send your freebasing idea to some department head~
And I was surprised by the vinegar knowledge as well, since it wasn't even on my radar as a potential remedy for depression. So sometimes, when 'science' actually works WITH Nature instead of against It... good discoveries result 🥰
And if you mix it with Olive Oil…you get healthy fats as well! (With a little seasoning makes a perfect Italian dressing without the crap that Kraft puts in it!!) win-win!!
It’s been a habit of mine for quite a few years to eat pickles and drink pickle juice (vinegar) after strenuous exercise. It relieves thirst and muscle cramps. And, anecdotally, I don’t suffer from depression so there’s that! 😂
Pickle juice, eh? Now THAT is something they should study - it's my favorite 'sour' juice LOL And I doubt very seriously you and I are alone in that ;-)
I didn't know it relieves muscle cramps, however - thanks for the tip! :-)
Well done! A diet of natural, home prepared, home grown foods is definitely where everyone should be turning. I have a black thumb and can’t really grow anything but soil🤷🏼♂️. Big pharma and their ilk will never share this information because it would cut their profits in half or more.
You started off the the Tulsi and by the time I was done, I was so frustrated. Then, you go to Eastern KY and I just got more frustrated. Glad you calmed me down before the end.
I'm just a couple hours from Eastern KY, and a group that I'm involved with were heavily involved in assisting them immediately after the flood. It took weeks and even then, it was just the tip of the iceberg of work. Guys were out there slinging chainsaws all day, bringing water and food, and believe it or not, once FEMA shows up, they started setting up roadblocks and stopping us from helping further. In their eyes, we were 'risking more casualties', if we were to go back in there and become stuck, run out of water, etc. and further complicate the issue. Which, if one were to size myself and group up, could easily determine how prepared we were. We went with enough for ourselves and as much as we could bring for everyone else we could reach. It was shameful. They did more harm than good, and it continues.
I'm about at the point where I'll just go around them and dare them to shoot me. F'em.
Thanks for sharing this important info, Stone. I hope we can all get a bit frustrated, and remember this feeling next time our 'Federal Overlords' decide to shit themselves again.
I've always been astonished by Tulsi and how she circumvented the Democratic party's agenda. But just as Obama told the truth - one time after Bush flattened democracy; "You can't change things from the inside..."
Kinda depressing one today Stone. I read Matt’s piece awhile back and it’s appalling.
Here’s my question about SCOTUS ruling? How was it 5-4? How is this a partisan issue? Because in this world it is. Depressing—better go dose some vinegar ☺️🫡
I have NO idea how they broke 5-4 on THIS, Dee - that, in of itself, is maddening 🤦🏻
And yeah, I had a real hard time finding any neutral (much less 'positive') stories for this round... thank goodness the vinegar link dropped in my feed last-minute, or I don't know WHERE this would have ended up 😉
Add to that the fact she was placed on this list one day after she made pointed criticisms about the presumptive Democrat Presidential nominee, Kamala Harris?”
Benefits from consuming apple cider vinegar are too many to name. I didn’t know it’s positive effects on treating depression. We drink apple cider vinegar tea in the morning and evening before bedtime. Two Tablespoons each time. 4 Tablets a day.
Speaking of moving forward with Agenda 2030, please check out this video posted a couple days ago from the North Oakland Michigan Republican Club. The presenter is a nurse that has dedicated herself to exposing the Cabal. She has the proof and in under 30 minutes, gives you a down and dirty education on the UN’s land/property grab. Share it far and wide!
There is a lady associated with my church who was/is a J 6 prisoner. She owns a restaurant in Kane Pennsylvania. She was denied medical care and was not even allowed to receive cards from our church. Eventually earlier this year we did get a card to her and she finally got medical treatment and was allowed to serve her time in a halfway house.
That is sickening, Rainey - I am still severely angry over what our fellow American citizens had to endure - at the hands of our own government - over the J6 psyop. The optimist in me wants to believe accountability is possible, but the realist in me remembers Ruby Ridge and Waco... and knows better... :-\

Very much so, diet is critical... and they certainly ARE trying to bury that fact 🫡

Tulsi should have been pdt’s vp pick from the gitgo.
It would have certainly changed the election dynamic, no doubt; what could have been... 🤔
That vinegar story is remarkable. Being a fan of Italian food, I often use an aged balsamic vinegar (the older, the smoother).
Might do the trick as well (though I’m thankfully not suffering from depression).
As always an excellent piece, Stone.
Thank you kindly, Joyce - I appreciate that ☺️

100% accurate, brother. The Pharma Bros don't want us healthy, because healthy people spend no money on their poisons and they lose lobbying power.
Once a person wakes up to the fact... everything changes for them ;-)
When Trump makes Tulsi Gabbard our Transportation Secretary, heads will fucking roll.
Great collection here man.

Fight back, Tulsi! Let us help
You!!
Well done
Most gracious of you, appreciate it! :-)
Excellent as always Stone! 💖💖💖
Do we have another Jiang Qing in our midst? 😳
“Elevated risk? Terrorist? Tulsi friggin’ Gabbard?!?!
Add to that the fact she was placed on this list one day after she made pointed criticisms about the presumptive Democrat Presidential nominee, Kamala Harris?”

Stone, I love you. Your best piece so far. I agree 1,000 %!
Don’t use BMAC and read my recommendation.
Wow, thank you kindly, Klaus - really appreciate that! :-)
Turning off the slimy TV news and more deadly social media news will work better than anything else for depression.
That works too!

Thanks so much for the recommendation, EK - once I have a dime's worth of time, I'll check it out!
