During a time when American ‘leadership’ was perceived to be embarrassingly flaccid, Putin projected an uncompromising strength which appealed to the rugged-individualism so many Americans possess. Many saw in him what we could not see in our own, which lead to the belief - even hope - that he had our best interests at heart… that he was our ‘friend.’
He does not… he is not. And never has been.
Welcome to this edition of the Three-Dot Tablet [TDT], the bi-weekly news-digest of The Stone Age.
Here I seek out the headlines others may not be covering (or not covering well), and - with healthy doses of passion and brevity, common sense and occasional humor - discuss them with raw, unfiltered commentary.

Prime Cut: Ramping Up The Fear
Russia Accuses NATO of Pushing for Preemptive Strikes

A story broke this last week which got a lot of attention in the X-verse, giving the grifters and fear-merchants plenty of fodder to terrify people into likes, views, and coin, along with inspiring various degrees of wailing and gnashing of teeth…
A suggestion by a NATO chief that the alliance should target Russia's missile launch sites has been condemned by the Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, [who] responded to remarks made by Admiral Rob Bauer, chairman of NATO's military committee, about how the alliance can deal with the threat posed by Russia.
The word that Minister Lavrov claimed Admiral Bauer used when discussing the potential Russian threat was ‘preemptive’… as in NATO is considering ‘preemptive strikes.’ That IS a terrifying notion, but there is just one problem with it: Bauer did NOT use that word, or anything resembling it.
In a Q&A session, while discussing Russia’s missile systems, the Admiral used an analogy that when one is getting shot at by arrows it would be smarter to take out the archer, rather than targeting the arrows themselves… so being the archer strikes first. He referenced the need to target those missile systems with precision strikes, while reinforcing the notion that NATO is FIRST a defensive organization.
Nothing ‘preemptive’ about it.
Please do not misunderstand - I am NO fan of NATO. I think it has become a tyrannical, WEF-worshiping organization, one which does not serve the interests of the American people (or Liberty), having outlived its Cold-War usefulness. We would be wise discard it, in my view, and let them fend for themselves.
Still, why is there a segment of the American population who will take everything which comes out of Moscow as gospel truth? Did we forget from where the blueprint for modern propaganda arose? Did the Western (Globalist) media and culture gaslight us so frequently, make us so jaded, that we willingly turn to a government headed by a former KGB agent for ‘truth?’
Because whether we acknowledge it or not? That is exactly what Vladimir Putin is - a former KGB agent, one who has always put Russian-interests first (as he should). Yet somehow he has, in the eyes of many, become the embodiment of Western - dare I say Christian - values.
Before we continue, let's take a moment to get your raw take on this…
If you have been - or still are - on the Putin train… I get it. During a time when American ‘leadership’ was perceived to be embarrassingly flaccid, the Russian president projected an uncompromising vitality which appealed to the rugged-individualism so many Americans possess. Many saw in him what we could not see in our own, which lead to the belief - even hope - that he had our best interests at heart… that he was our ‘friend.’
He does not… he is not. And never has been.
Indeed, every action he has taken during this timeframe, while in our weakened state, has been to bolster his own position, the position of Russia, and the power of the international BRICS organization (of which Russia is a founding member). He has made every effort to instill division and discontent here in America, and while the whole ‘Russia Russia Russia’ narrative was overblown propaganda by the Legacy media? He certainly deployed his own levels of propaganda to serve Russian interests.
Furthermore, he is not fighting against the ’New World Order,’ but instead fighting for an Eastern version of it. He is not pro-individualism, pro-sovereignty, nor pro-Liberty. He is not leading a mighty struggle against the levers of Globalist ‘influence’… he only wishes to be the one controlling those levers.
While I can respect how the contrast between Putin and our outgoing ‘president’ may have once been appealing on a visceral level? The era of American weakness is coming to an end, and it would be wise to reassess our perceptions of Putin, Russia… AND those who support him.
This means taking a hard look at the various online ‘influencers’ from whom we get our information, and to question what exactly they are feeding us. Because I think you will discover that much of it ranges from lazily inaccurate to blatantly dishonest, and if we learn that is true? We should cast aside those who serve it.
In this new Age of Awareness we are entering, only those of strong mind, strong will, and strong ethics will truly evolve… and one cannot evolve while trusting any individual who possesses a pathetic or deceptive character.
No matter how we may feel about them…
