From what I have seen, Joyce, those are wonderful tools - happy you have shared them with me.
Oh, and speaking of one of the things you have mentioned as a "go-to?" I have a surprise post for you in the morning (your afternoon). Hope you enjoy it... ;-)
PS. You recently talked about needing to eat something sweet and said you rejected the artificial sweeteners. You might try monkfruit. It's a natural fruit dried and powdered and measures just like sugar. I buy the Lakota brand from Amazon. Bonus: it's anti inflammatory
Also stevia is a leaf. I like it in tea and coffee. It works to support the immune system.
Got a question for you, Deb - can you see my comments? Since you have me 'blocked,' I cannot "Like" them, but I hope at least you see my responses... :-)
We are the consciousness of that vast, silent, swirling Universe.
Beautifully put, Gwyneth, as always. Thank you, for this AND the restack <3
This is God's power of omniscience. We all share the same consciousness of the divine.
I said I would get back to you on this piece.
I’ve mentioned it several times but yoga kriyas and meditation have helped me turn back to Self, to the core with the Divine light of consciousness.
Thank you for this addition, Stone, as always with so many things, you are my Go-to.

Thanks again, for your continued support <3
Thank you so very much for your support to we the seekers of answers for questions we have yet to imagine
The pleasure is mine, Lauren - thank YOU, for being here and your gracious comments :-)
I’ll get back on this later, Stone, when the other half of my brain has woken up 🙄
In fact there is nothing more personal and private than your relationship with the divine. It's an "inside" job.
