Respecting the Ethereal Mysteries
How about a fresh “Page” drop? Since I have acquired a few new subscribers since the last one, a word or two is in order.
If you have subscribed based on my news-pieces or ideas about living a more local / minimalist life, this might seem different to you. I have been exploring spiritual philosophy for nearly my entire adult life, and these “Pages” are my ideas based on those explorations. Since they are rooted in Natural Law, they also establish a firm foundation from which my other writings are launched.

Proem
Within every spiritual path there are beliefs which oft defy… well, belief. And I do mean every single path that has ever been created. These beliefs are nearly-always the result of exploring ‘The Mysteries.’
The word ‘mysteries’ is, in of itself, shrouded in mystery; even what constitutes a ‘mystery’ is going to differ between the various doctrines and denominations. What one may view as a sacrament another will see as blasphemous; what one reveres, another ridicules.
Let me assure you: Every ethereal belief which you cherish is right - and every one of them is wrong; only through your explorations and experiences can you ascertain what is ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’… for you.
That, my friends… is the nature of The Mysteries, and why they exist; to keep us exploring and evolving… to keep us humble.
In this latest ‘Page’ drop (from my upcoming book), I ruminate over the nature of The Mysteries, and how I choose to approach them. Let me remind you that, while I do write the ‘Pages’ for myself (to establish for myself a Natural path), I post them as a means of offering them to anyone who may be interested in a unique way of approaching and balancing the various aspects of Temporal and Ethereal life.
Whether they resonate or not is entirely up to you; interpret them as you wish, with an active mind and pure heart.
As with all previous ‘Pages,’ this is an aspect of my spiritual walk, and is thus personal canon.
PAGE OF MYSTERIES
Between the Temporal and Ethereal, the conscious and the sub, the vastness of [Providence] and the density of the soil, there exists that which can be never proven… except to the self. Hidden within the mists of enigma, it is a realm of serenity and chaos, a place where one can discover the reason for being - the reason for everything.
This, is the realm of Mysteries.
The means by which one can navigate this unseen domain are vast, and oft embraced due to one’s heritage, culture, and environment. Whether you choose to pray, or turn cards, or meditate, or interpret dreams, or cast fragments, or give utterance, or utilize candles or incense or stones, or moon gaze, or read from hallowed texts, or apply formulae practical or cryptic, or something other? Trust yourself, and your inspiration, ever remaining grounded that you lose not your essence in the quest.
Such explorations are natural, because The Mysteries themselves are as such - indeed, all of existence is of Nature, including [Providence] Itself. The notion of a ‘super’-natural was fabricated by those who wished to separate us from ourselves and natural truth; once we understand that there is only the Natural, and the Natural our sciences have yet to explain, we begin to reclaim our connection to [Providence], and to our own Koa [soul].
Remain humble, however, that your discoveries - and your beliefs, no matter how you came upon them - lead not to hubris and absolutism. The revelations with which you are blessed were granted to you, for the benefit of your own walk, thus assume not that others must believe as you. You are certainly free to share them with others, if inspired, but do so only with grace and gratitude as your companions while never casting judgment on the beliefs and practices of others.
Be wary of the spiritual terrorists amongst you, those who attack anything which they cannot ‘observe.’ These people know nothing of your own ‘observations,’ nor of your experiences, nor do they care to learn; they only wish to destroy. As they know not what works in your life pay them no mind, remaining confident in your own path.
There is a vast, silent universe of energies swirling around us in every moment, energies which we cannot yet fathom. Allow them to inspire you to explore The Mysteries, as you desire.
After-Thoughts
One thing I want to make clear; this ‘Page’ in no way advocates for an “anything goes / everything is grey” paradigm. It may seem that way, but this specific ‘Page’ only applies to the Ethereal Mysteries; if you have read any of the other ‘Pages’ you know I believe there are firm Temporal standards of right-and-wrong, codified in Natural Law and - by extension of that - the Prime Ethic.
Just wanted to make sure that was clear.
And now (especially for newer readers), my usual boilerplates: When it comes to the ‘Pages’ my desire is to leave something that will be of value long after I slip the mortal coil. As such, in the process of writing I have spent considerable time and energy on both style and verbiage; as an element of that, these are deliberately written in a terse, baroque style.
As for future posts of ‘Pages’ from my book project? There are probably no more than one or two left, then the release of said-book will be forthcoming. As I have noted before, this will be a short ‘book’ - a very short book - but if I have written it right?
Well, only you will be able to judge that. For now, however, thank you for reading; we shall soon return to regularly-scheduled shenanigans.
